Businesses Suited to East and South-East Doors (Planet-Wise List)

A planet-wise list of businesses by door direction was shared as a PDF: the East (Sun) and North-East group suits education, paper, wood, milk, grain, consultancy, political and administrative trades, and the South-East (Mars, fire) suits electrical, hotel, restaurant and cosmetics businesses.

What it does

Match a business to the door direction and its planet.

Where

Door direction of the business premises

How to do it

  1. 1East and North-East door (Sun): education, paper, wood, milk, grain, consultancy, political and administrative work, marriage gardens, cloth, spices, gyms, fruit, plastic, furniture, grocery and food products
  2. 2South-East (agneya) door (Mars, fire): electricity and electrical equipment, hotels, restaurants, cosmetics
  3. 3South-East and South: jewellery, entertainment, paan, photo studios and salons

Explanation and notes

The full list for all planets and directions was shared as a PDF in the class group; only part of it was read aloud. East and Surya (Sun) are treated as the same.

Mirror (Darpan) as Mangal: Water Element and the Right Walls

The mirror is one of the eight mangal items (ashtamangal) and is considered the best of them; it drives away negative energy and reflects energy when placed in the right direction. It represents the water element and the Moon, so it belongs on the North or East wall.

Remedy

Convex and Concave Mirrors to Correct a Cut or an Extension

As taught in class, a convex mirror makes a small space look bigger and extends it, while a concave mirror makes a big space look smaller; so a convex mirror treats a cut and a concave mirror treats an extension. A plain mirror can also extend a cut.

Pen Cap and Ink Colour by Name Rashi for Signing Documents

A signature can pass or cancel a proposal, a cheque or a property deal, so the pen used for signing is chosen by the rashi of the name you sign with: the cap or body colour and the ink colour are matched to that rashi. Only three inks are used for the 12 rashis: red, blue and green.
